I just don't get why we actually paid them money...

I mean, our infrastructure is again and we give Iran money?

We didn't, that comes from lifting the sanctions which means they are about to flood the market with even more oil which is going to put the squeeze on the Gulf Coast something fierce

Our answer to diplomacy is throw money at it. I guess if we don't China or Russia might step in. Maybe a good question are we getting a good return on investment? It seems like normal Americans are getting kicked in the nuts by globalization, but relative to most of the rest of the world we still got it pretty good.

I wonder if we just controlled the Western Hemisphere and kept key allies in the eastern hemisphere if we'd be secure.

Of course all this has been said in another thread for 37 pages. Pretty much everybody agrees it's a horrible deal for us and a lottery winner for Iran except Red and NC. Red didn't answer when I asked him that if he had a bunch of week at his house and the cops told him they would be back in 24 days with a warrant would there be any weed still there.

It wasn't our money! It was Iran's money which had been in US Banks and their accounts were frozen. We bribed them out of a nuclear weapons program with their own fucking money! Wise up, we weren't going to be able to keep it forever, so we used that leverage to get the most out of it.

Well, Red and N/C have offered reason after reason why it is a good deal and none of you will debate us on it. You schoolyard punks just pat each other on the butt and mock and jeer anybody that reveals how little you actually know about the situation and points out how full of shit you are.

I ignore dim wit from the dimwitted. Life is too short.

Deflection by namecalling. I know you understand the analogy of the 24 day notice.

Scott Walker is dropping out. I wonder how is six tenths of one percent will split up among the other candidates.
