They are a**clowns, and Les pulled a "FAKE PUNT" on 4th & 1 and got a TON of free banner time & some video for LSU during the NCG....(sweating all the peeps between AA & BR to boot)... --all the while methodically and stealthily shoring up his contract with LSU & providing stability & continuity for his family... --thereby providing the same for LSU Football, LSU Sports and the Fan Base. --If this were chess he'd be a Grand Master, but it's College Football, so he's the Mad Hatter--a name which he laughingly allows as part of the legend-building that he can create! He's a good man & a gutsy coach who has his players respect and runs a very clean program. Way to go, CLM! Let the Dynasty commence!!! Geaux Tigers 2011 !!!
Do we know that for certain? Also, unless and until it's made public what went down in the Mich meeting we can only speculate why he ended up with us - which is what counts. I would just be careful about reading too much into what led to him staying. :wink:
Well, yes, but I don't know if we will ever learn the real strategies & insights that kept him here. We're all speculators here, flying on emotion & the seats of our pants.
