Wow .. I never knew Miles did a stint in the Pro's as an assistant for the Dallas Cowgirls.

I hope we do play Okie State in the NC game.

But as Miles notes .. we have to make it there first.

I wonder if OSU fans ever said Gundy was winning with Miles' players?

If we play the Cowboys the media is really going to dig deep and try to make a big fuss about Miles departure and the hard feelings the pokes, the AD and the billionaire had. They didn't want Miles to tell his team goodbye. Not sure if Gundy was just following orders or if he didn't like Miles either. Many Poke fans have said they never got along due to different offensive philosophies and Gundy being forced on Miles.

Looking at OSU'S offense now there might be some credence.

There is no love lost between these two. If it comes down to this you can bet the media will play it up and make the absolute most of it. Poke fans around here are already licking their chops and the 9pts against bama has baited the trap just perfectly. They will find a new reason to hate the mad hatter when it is all said and done.

For the record, they don't hate him because he left, they hate him for the way he left. It has been discussed here before and since then Miles has said he wishes he had done it differently. Frankly it is time for them to get over it. He pulled their program out of the ashes and without him they would not be where they are today. They should be kissing his ass.

I had some one come in my office saying he disliked Miles because of what he said while he was at OSU. He admitted Miles was a great coach. People have always told me that Miles has a habit of saying the wrong things, but I have not seen it.

I don't know what they could be talking about. I know he beat "bob" twice while he was at okie light and he would jam up bobbies corn hole every chance he got when someone had a mic in his face. Probably because he knew he was outmanned and outgunned at every position except between the headsets idk. I don't ever recall him saying anything that would upset the fan base. Hell they loved him because he talked mad sh1t about OU. He hasn't done that here, yet, and my guess would be because there is no call for it. He is in the big leagues now.

Unless of course they really mean "the way he left". Which is telling the team the night before and the night of their bowl game that he wasn't leaving knowing full well that he was and did as soon as the clocks hit 00:00. Didn't even go through the locker room on his way out. He has like I stated, said he would do it differently if he had the chance.
