Well here's two things to think about. Sterling has a law degree, aka is a lawyer. Silver has a law degree, aka a lawyer. I have the feeling that Silver would not have put his neck out there without a pretty sure idea that they were rock solid. See, if Sterling wins this? Every owner in the league will know they can go after him.

See here's the thing, his right to be a dumbass hasn't been compromised. But the other NBA owners decided that they didn't want to stink like shit since there was shit in the clubhouse. So they had the janitor clean the shit out of the clubhouse. Nothing more, nothing less.
