It's not like dude dropped the 'N' bomb and can apologize for it and move on, ala Riley Cooper. He genuienly harbors a disdain for all non-whites. Even for cross over millionaire athletes like Magic Johnson. As such, I don't see how he can recover. Even if he apologizes, which he hasn't, what would he apologize for? For saying what he said? That would ring hollow because you can't apologize for how you actually feel.
Well, it may be close, but it ain't invisible. The white republicans are constantly more racist in these charts. Lines for black republicans and democrats would probably be very similar as well. A certain amount of xenophobia is present in any ethnic group.
