Ugh do you see the date of this memo. Yes Bernie would have had the same agreement if he had won the nomination but this wa well before Hillary got the nomination. Putting your own people in place BEFORE the nomination pretty much ensures you get the nomination. And the DNC had the authority to make the final decisions AFTER the HFA screened them

Donna Brazille was a Clintonista. It's huge that she came out with this. You don't come out against the Clintons unless it's big, especially when you are as close as she was to them.
