To judge O and E against Dumbo who has been a head coach for many years longer is foolish. 45 days vs 15 years. You have no idea what so ever what O and E can do.
Dumbo as you call him has been a HC for 8 years, this is his 9th. Has an 84-24 record. Also has 2 national championships ( 1 as an OC, 1 as a HC). What about E I E I O?
I will tell you how they compare after 8 years not one and a half years. Since O has been our fulltime HC his record last year and this year vs Dumbo is Oeaux 11-4 Dumbo 8-7. Argue with that all you want those are the numbers and the facts. If you love Dumbo so much move to College Station.
You have to take his OVERALL career which includes his debacle at Ole Piss. You can't pick and choose which stats you want to work with. I have already stated the reasoning behind FSU's issue last season. You have the same problem that afflicts Tap. You can't be objective, your homerism for E/O won't let you form rational thoughts. Your blinders are staggering.
And how don't you understand that the fact that we haven't played any SEC defenses yet makes our ineffectiveness on offense all the more troubling. We are last on offense, with half of our games against an FCS opponent. Even bad offenses during the Les Miles era would generally smack those teams around statistically.
As I said, possibly as a position coach (DL). Not as the OC or HC. To add to Fisher, he was the OC here from '00-'06, and coached Flynn 4 out of his 5 seasons at LSU. So in essence you can say that Fisher has 2 NC's as a OC, QB developer.
