this could absolutely destroy what little chance he has of making the hall. id almost guarantee it.

besides, how important is this anymore? i think i just saw that roger is in some of the recent photos of miley cyrus in her bra:wink:

 

id would almost prefer to know that roger and that girl eventually got down and dirty when she was of age because just starting a random relationship with her at fifteen is just creepy.

i think the fact they had a relationship when she was 15 is not being denied. just the sex part...until she was 18 (alleged by her not him)--quite a reach, eh.

to be honest i didnt even think of it as destroying a kid's life til i read that article and how much of a mess she is.

and to think this is all brought about due to roger's arrogance trying to clear his name of something he is almost certainly guilty. none of this comes forward if he simply bites his tongue and slinks off into the sunset. now it has the makings of a greek tragedy.


and on top of everything else, he destroys his family in the process. i feel for his wife and kids. I cant imagine the hell they are going thru.

hes also probably ruined any chance his kid koby had in minor league ball.

the pressure of even an unknown player is enough- much less this.

and for what?

roger's arrogance and his inability to accept responsibility for his actions.

 

i have never really heard of mccready, other than her name, so i didnt know she had so many problems.

a "relationship" at a young age with an older married man would certainly destroy her life. all this did was warp her perceptions about relationships. imo, judging by her troubles she did not have the opportunity to find out and understand what a mature and loving sexual relationship is before being used in a way that set her up for failure. as far as i am concerned, if they had a sexual relationship when she was 15, that was a form of sexual (and emotional) abuse.

i have a few thoughts on what should happen to him and they arent very nice.
