Yeah, there was some rumor going around about gas prices being $5.75/gal today, so everybody freaked. I did a little research on it and analysts were expecting the price to jump no more than about $0.30. I figured I'd go ahead and fill up rather than chance it this weekend. So I went to Circle K and midnight and there wasn't another soul there. One of my friends was texting me around ten, saying how she was sitting in a mile-long line. Suckers.
Does anyone remember the time, like before Katrina, when a hurricane was coming they knew whether they should leave or not. They didnt freak the **** out and cause people to panic all the way to North Carolina. Ah, the good old days.
I know about the porn you downloaded this afternoon. We're monitoring you and intercepting a copy of as much of it as possible.
yes. we can all thank George Sells at WAFB for that one. sometimes news people just tick me off. http://www.wafb.com/Global/story.asp?S=8994667 the first two paragraphs in that article weren't there when they posted the article and talked about it on the news yesterday.
Yep, that's where Pete put on his Showtime. I used to park across the street to make the "long" trek to the quadrangle. I loved those days. I had a physics class and "missed" a couple of classes. Came back and was lost as a goose. Needless to say, I dropped that class. P.S. Calculus was a blast too!
