    Wow you really know a lot.. NOT

    The Bill of Rights extends to everyone. If you are prosecuted you are due, due process. Also the 5th and 6th amendment extend to them. Of course they are excluded from things like right to vote and hold office etc.

    Of course neither recognize me. At least the main stream of them. And I'm glad for that. I also point out their moronic stances any chance I get.

    Stand up for some principles and integrity and you might find a better path for your life. ;)

    No, you're wrong. Enemy combatants are not afforded anything under the Constitution.

    Actually I do, and I have studied constitutional law and military law, not just googled it like some wannabes on a sports forum.

    We are at war rather you care to recognize it or not. The fact that you want to break down on this point shows what a friggin loon you really are. There really is no such thing as intelligent discourse with you, so I will refrain any further pointless activity.

    You should do a little more than read blogs and suck off ron paul.
