More bad news from Bengal-Land as off-the-field behavior is back in the news. Linebacker A.J. Nicholson is being processed at the Kenton County Jail on a domestic violence assault charge. Taylor Mill Police Chief Steve Knauf tells Local 12 a woman at Nicholson's apartment told the officer Nicholson punched her in the eye. The officer observed the injury and took Nicholson into custody. Nicholson is charged with fourth degree assault, a misdemeanor, punishable by up to 12 months and /or $500 fine. Back in March, Nicholson was sentenced to two months in a sheriff's work program and one year's probation. Nicholson pleaded no contest to burglary and grand theft after stealing electronic equipment from a teammate at Florida State. http://www.local12.com/content/brea...ntent_id=ea718a3d-3d33-4015-ad86-bb50840683d1
Cincinnati will have to spend a large chunk of their salary cap on bail. What is it about Ohio that breeds criminals?
The bungels have become the poster child for crime in the NFL. I heard on ESPN radio yesterday that supposedly some players are pi$$ed at Marvin Lewis because many of these recent trouble makers have been missing curfew and show up late for practices with no reprimand from Lewis. Sounds like trouble in the locker room.
And another for assualt and he happens to be a LB too. Odell Thurman is only being accused in Georgia at this point. Never ends. http://www.profootballtalk.com/rumormill.htm
Not cool to be hittin' on a woman. No time, no way, no how. I am certain there have been women in my life that, at times, wanted to bitchslap my sillyass. And I've known some women that needed to be bitchslapped. But you just don't do it. Everyone, well most folks, have been in a situation where you say, "damn, I oughta slap the _____ outta that ______. Thinking it is one thing, doing it, well, I guess that makes you a Cincinnati Bengal. Gotta go. Have a batterer's group at 7pm. :hihi:
It's not their fault. Don't you guys realize it's the fault of the Cincinnati police, who are profiling the Bengals?
