I've been hearing that but like I said, I am basing this opinion on nothing. For some reason, I just don't have a good feeling. I definitely hope we get him though. He's a difference maker.

Seastrunk is not a strong lean to LSU, he's just a lean.

Texas is very much in it, it's way too early to count on him, that's for sure, or any other RB in the 2010 class at this point.

I disagree based on a good source I have close to Seastrunk and the info he has given up to date.

FWIW, I would be shocked if he went anywhere other than LSU and I usually don't say these things this early in the game.

This is crazy stuff - a guy like CMichael not having a CO yet, but hopefully it will all work out now that he is officially visiting. My instinct is that TR really is just looking around but will be fairly firm in going to ALA.

CM is disappointed no talk of an offer came from the staff this weekend. Expect the talk of CM to LSU to die down for good this time and CM names a new leader.

As I have said all along, TR or nothing this year and we focus on the 2010 RB class.

The staff would rather FB Allen, who could have committed this weekend or is close to doing so, over another RB that the staff has not bee sold on from the beginning. I will go out on a limb and say that if CM did not schedule and reschedule 3 visits this Summer and actually showed up, he would have been given more consideration for an offer.

This is just crazy it kinda feels like LSU is playing with his emotions. His films scream 5star,Top Player at the florida camp that had all the top players there including a TR who LSU is in love with(or is it to steal a recruit from Saban & Bama).Just feels like a situation were something has to be hidden that most of us fans dont know about because its not one of those he doesn't have the grades situations.

I tend to agree. I also don't buy the canceled trips argument because that happens all the time. Besides he stated the whole time he was diehard LSU. With the class the staff is putting together they definitely know what they are doing, but this one case is puzzling.

My friend on staff did say the coaches were not impressed with him missing all 3 of his scheduled visits with no prior warning. That in it self probably did not give off a favorable impression. The staff was not recruiting him hard prior to that either so they gave it a shot and went and checked out one of his games this year. So based on their evaluation the did not see him bringing anything different to the table that they did not have already in Pratt and Ford, IMO.

Limited numbers, lack of effort to get to campus, and the coaches evaluations all came into play.

Its obvious LSU needs serious help at numerous positions right now. RB isnt one of them.
