Sonny disagrees with me and thinks Michael's offer is dependent on Richardson. IMO, Michael either proves himself to be as good as Richardson & gets his offer, or he doesn't & then it doesn't matter what happens with Richardson.
Yeah I would be more inclined to your thinking on this matter CParso. We are waiting on Richardson, but Michael still has to prove himself if Richardson chooses elsewhere.
Sonny mentioned that part of it too in the Chat a couple of nights ago but that part did not make it into the chat wrap.
He stated recently the difference between LSU and A&M is that LSU usually wins more games than A&M. Kinda funny.
Michael had 207yds, 4tds on 8 (eight) carries in scrimmage vs. Lufkin (Jamarkus McFarland's team) Friday night. He only played the 1st half. If he keeps that up he'll get that offer he's been looking for. forgot to put link: http://www.beaumontenterprise.com/s...st__michael__207_yards__4_tds_08-22-2008.html
As I have been saying all along, he's a take. Plain and simple. Don't count on Lache next year, cuz that is far from a done deal. Dyer appears to be Arkansas bound. This kid is special and is better than either of our current running back recruits, which is saying a whole helluva lot.
Very well put, But I do think Lache will be a Tiger...He misses Louisiana, family, food, and a chance to run the option with Shep.
Wowy, wow, wow!! I got a fever, and the only presciption is more Christine. Michael did this against a highly ranked 5a team from Texas! Who else is coming over to the dark side?
Anyone know when the coaches plan to evaluate him? This is the main reason he does not have an offer and I would assume the coaches would want to see him in action before they offer. If he would have just come to one of the camps and unofficials he planned we would not be having these discussions right now. No doubt he wants to be a Tiger but he has to make time to get in a visit.
