It was billed as a Lone Star showdown between the University of Texas and Texas A&M to get the commitment of Dallas Skyline defensive back Christian Scott, but after in-homes from both schools Monday night Scott remains undecided. rivals.com I heard someone say, if he dosent commit to Mac on his in-home visit, that we have a good shot at him. We need good DB's.
Both safety spots are open (altho I think Steltz will get one of them) and after next season both DB spots are open. So if he thinks he can play DB or safety, then he has to realize that he plays sooner than later. But then again Texas lost a good DB and safety this season (early round NFL caliber), and so they can surely throw out the "you can play early" card.
Wouldn't exactly say we lost him to UGA. We really weren't ever the front runner if I remember correctly
http://scout.scout.com/a.z?s=73&p=8&c=1&nid=1890570 it was down to LSU or UGA, we had coaches making in-home visits...I remember now, he had that god awful green/yellow suit, at his signing.
I think you are talking a J. Powe DT out of Florida who didnt play his senior year in HS because of grade problems. He ended up at Ole Miss but hasnt played because of grade problems I think. Your right that suit was awful.
