I may be wrong here but it seems that in CLM's tenure we have signed very few prospects that have not qualified. The WR that spent last year at Hargrave and re-signed this year is the only one that comes to mind.
At the end of the article it also mentions that Kenny Bell WR has also received a favorable ACT score. He is one of the 2 receivers that we are offering from LA. Considering we have a good shot at him, I also take this as very good news.
Good news, I expected him to take a grey shirt year. I wonder which 2 or 3 players will take one now?
