If it happens, it will happen by Wednesday (trade deadline).

Saints throw the ball 73% of the time. Saints have 5 RB's on the roster (Sproles, Thomas, Ingram, Ivory, Cadet). Something's got to give.

I'm for trading either Ivory or even Ingram (I know his production isn't his fault) for some help in the secondary.

I love all of our RB's, but we just have too damn many if we are going to sling the onion 75% of the time. JMHO.

Yes another Db is needed more than a Running Back...i like Chris Ivory but with Brees at qb he is a luxury

I'd rather keep Ivory and let Ingram go...

Ingram is turrible, send him and roman Harper back to Alabama for a package of sour skittles.

Vitt says the Saints have no intention of trading Ivory. I guess they intend to let a promising young back continue to cool his heels in street clothes, while the number one pick they miscalculated on continues to disappoint.

I said it before and I will scream it from my rooftop all day: Mark Ingram has done more as a Alabama cheerleader on the Superdome turf than he has ever done as a Saints' player. I can't wait till the Saints "stick a fork in Ingram, b/c he's done".

p.s I've never absolutely HATED a player who plays for arguable my favorite sports team of all time. I even embraced Reggie Bush from USuCk. I even gave Aaron Brooks the benefit of the doubt despite basically saying he'd rather be somewhere else, but he got the money and the starting job here, so he'll "make the best out of a less-than-ideal situation"(to paraphase comment he made following signing his big-money contract in 2001ish.) I can't stand Mark Ingram. A great Saints game for me is him fumbling 5 times and we still win. We gave up a 1st AND 2nd rounder for him! Over-reaction to all the RB injuries in 2010 is all that was.

Reggie Bush contributed more the the Saints' offense than Ingram ever has. Sproles still whips both their asses, though. TRUTH.

We got Sproles for a steal and he's a much bigger producer than Bush ever was.
