Best of luck to him. The only thing that adds up for me is that we were doing OK without him on the field, and I'm sure we'll do just fine without him altogether
well, ****! just perfect. here i am hoping the kid chooses to go to nicholls state and play for coach stubbs who really, really, really needs a QB. instead, he chooses to go our rival, who we have been beating pretty consistently as of late. garrett is an sec-caliber QB, now i have to pull against the kid. i don't wish him luck at all. however, northwestern went winless last season, i'm sure they're tickled pink. since when has northwestern become such a dump for LSU rejects/leftovers? :angryfire football is football. louisiana football is even better. louisiana 1-AA football is pretty competitive most years and southland football is no exception. it's not on the level as LSU, obviously, but when nicholls used to have thursday and friday night games, it gave me something to do. now that they play on saturdays (terrible move) no one goes to the games because they're in baton rouge tailgating. c'est la vie, idiots. don't make students from south louisiana choose between LSU football and nicholls football. i can tell you who is going to win by a LONG SHOT. anyone could. you would think.... ***the "LSU rejects/leftovers" thing is pretty harsh, i know, but wow.
He didn't throw a pass all last season, and you think he is a viable option? It will have to get REALLY bad. Worse than '08.
we also have bailey, the walk on. from what i hear, he isnt bad. if i remember correctly, he chose walk on at lsu instead of scholly somewhere else cause lsu is where he wanted to be.
