LSU football: DT Chris Davenport moved to offensive line | NOLA.com may have been posted elsewhere just didn't see it. What does everyone think about the move?
:geaux: Might be AFTER Dworaczyk (sp) leaves LSU. Also has several folks ahead of him and according to practice reports he's doing more watching right now than anything else. Also being reported he's "not thrilled" about the move to OL so his attitude will be a major factor as to how quickly he progresses, or not. He's got a long way to go before he's even a reliable sub, much less a starter. But I'm hoping he's able to contribute and play before his career at LSU is over though. :LSU231:
It's gotta be tough for the kid. From all world to people hoping he can be a reliable sub. That will mess with your mind.
Maybe he needs some motivation. Nobody can improve his situation except him. We still have to lose a half-dozen players before August, better the O-line than a transfer to Northwestern or Grambling. It's not a good year to be standing around watching others play ball.
