No video of the Chipenteers, but an article and some video of happenings from USC, guess O has brought this to rocky top......

At least at USC the head coach participated....

After a few moments, Smith said the doors swung open and the Tennessee assistants ran into the room. “By now, three or four coaches had their shirts ripped off.” Smith said around 10 Tennessee players, including All-America defensive back Eric Berry of Atlanta and quarterback Jonathan Crompton, ran down from behind the recruits to meet the coaches on the floor. “Eric and the rest of the players were chanting ‘U-T, wild boys … U-T, wild boys … U-T wild boys.’” This time, prospects left their seats and joined the celebration. “We were all jumping up and down together, it was cool,” McCoy said.
After things appeared to calm down, Tennessee recruiting coordinator Ed Orgeron gave a rousing pep talk, which caused the whole scene to repeat itself, only more intense. “The last time, everybody was hyped up and feeling it,” Loganville tailback Storm Johnson said. “People were jumping all over the place. It was rocking. You should’ve seen it. Even the podium got knocked over.”
All four of the players said they never saw Lane Kiffin lose his shirt. “He was on the side, just watching and smiling,” Volger said.

I really do not get the point of doing all of this with your shirt off.

I understand the point of cheering and getting everyone riled up. But, shirtless?

I'm sure it's a man thing. However, this was a video from the Rising Stars camp last summer. That's Kennedy Pola (FB for USC in the early to mid 80's) leading the kids in a haka. It's a Maori battle thingy but there are different versions and Kennedy is Samoan so it's something he's familiar with. His nephew is Troy Polamalu.

Tennessee Coaches Go Homoerotic On Recruits

Sorry for the thread title, but this is some of the most bizarre behavior I have ever heard of from a coaching staff (except for maybe the guy that went thru a drive thru with no pants on.)

Mr. Orgeron, what you've just done is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard of. At no point in your rambling, incoherent action were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having witnessed it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

    that is all

What I want to know is: Did the Louisiana recruits start throwing long Mardi Gras beads at the coaches for showing their Tits?
