    I thought you could have a lateral move if the pay was higher???

    I mean, if "lateral moves" weren't permitted, then why would Tuberville have been able to leave Ole Miss for Auburn?? And why would Searles have been able to leave LSU for UGA??

    Since when is there a rule about where you can work. If you are at LSU and want to go to Miss St. for the same position, shouldn't you be able to?

    Seriously, though. Why would an asst coach visit LSU not knowing who the head coach will be next year? Is this issue shaping up as well?
