Agree Shane, but remember, taking over a stable program and continuing to keep it at that height. Thats not an easy thing to do. Once again, the right fit comes into play.
No disagreement here, which is why you find the right one. There are plenty out there. Some of these folks feel as if we are dealing with the RNC/DNC where out of 300million freaking people obama and romney are what they give us to pick from. I don't see that happening but you can't tell me you would balk at that hire. I know a few would but you genuinely seem smarter than the rest.
