Chavis has filed suit against both LSU & A&M over contract issues. His lawyer will dominate the trial, but lose it at the end. http://www.kbtx.com/home/headlines/...ues-LSU-AM-Over-Contract-Issue-294421891.html
How does one give 30-days notice on January 5th, and be working for another employer on that same week, and then claim your last day at LSU is February 4th?
Sounds like he's an idiot- IF I'm understanding correctly. Is he suing saying he doesn't owe LSU any money BUT, also suing A&M saying, if he does, they are responsible? That doesn't sound like he's on solid ground and covering his big ass. You don't.
Sure does explain Third and Chavis and how we failed miserably in the final minutes of games on defense and the bowl game, doesn't it? However, he might be out of place. Given the FAA/Womack/Sanctions issue and how he's covering every angle he might well be applying for the NCAA.
I'd love to be the judge when Chavis says he was working for LSU and the pictures of him in an aTm shirt our recruiting and exiting the TAMU plane are pit in evidence.
And in a remarkable development, LSU files suit against Chavis. The lawyers are laughing all the way to the bank. Wake me when it's over. http://theadvocate.com/multimedia/walthandelsman/animations/11717272-171/lsu-being-sued-by-former
