Yep, thanks for the stats. Did you know Chief gave up over 300 ypg a number of seasons. Did you know Chief gave up more ypg, two season, more than the CO-DC. Yes the the Co-DC, the worst D ever. Bo Pelini never avg over 300 ypg in any season at LSU, and yes he had his faults, as do all coaches.

But like I said, I tend to look at the more positives in a coach and players, while at LSU. I know I could bash on all the bad, and yes there is a ton.

I like the D hires but they as always have their faults. I'd like to see a few games before passing judgment. I know many were on Grimes from the start and I said that it's hard to break a player from doing something wrong, even when they have been doing the same thing for 2,3 and 4 years are more. I do think Les stood with Studs for too long, guess you could call that a bash on Les.

The D played very well for 3 quarters in the second game until they were worn out and their tongues were dragging the field because of the O failing to keep the ball longer that 3 and out

They played "okay" if I remember correctly (I refuse to EVER watch another down of that game at any time in life.) They also were not their usual selves that night. Even our punt return defense, which had given up a net negative number of yards on the year gave up a 60-yard return on the first punt of the night.

It was a team loss in every sense of the word.
