Chavis was a Nega

Sumlin is the inverse to Miles. No defense and no power run. If Chavis pans out, he may only need one more piece of the puzzle. Wonder if he's eyeballing Frank Wilson next?

 

Looks like most of the coaches in the SEC have figured out Chief's Defense. The only one is Sumlin, he just never could figure it out? He will get a chance to go against it every day in practice.

Chief needs to get a bunch of depth at a&m, real soon, his boys are gonna be spending way more time on the field.

Oh, Chief and Sumlin need to make it a couple more years there first before looking at a Frank hire.

 

Given LSU's success (80%) in spite of the putrid O, I would disagree with the former.

To Chavis's credit, the 2011 defense was one of the greatest of all time and only the stubborness of Les Miles refusing to change QBs prevented LSU from having a chance to win the NC.
