Honestly and I know I will get flamed for it, but I wouldnt shed a ton of tears if Chavis left. Sure it would REALLY depend on his replacement but I have to admit I got pretty weary of the constant 3rd and Chavis thing. I would love IF this happened to see LSU get some young energetic, firey type guy like we had with Muschamp, Pelini etc. Some guy who is hungry and is all over the place on the sidelines. Again I hope Chavis stays for some stability, BUT if he left I have to admit I would be excited to see who LSU could get.
ESPN is saying that Tennesse has targeted Will Muschamp as priority number one for the Head Coach if he will accept it.
This is the problem I have with coaching changes, especially those changes that occur within a coach's first year. Chavis hasn't been able to put on the field what he wants to, IMO. And of course it would depend on his replacement. But that goes back to the coaching changes, especially for a coach that just showed up a year ago. - it's a breeding ground for failure.
I think it's excellent, Tennessee gets a slap in the face from the douche bag that they have been praising and USC gets a zero for a coach. It's a two for one LMAO that's too good to be true.
