Statistically, Alexander was not listed for the South Carolina tilt (game #4), which I would assume meant he didn't suit up. So he would qualify for the redshirt if he doesn't appear in the title game.
Its good to hear the guys are OK. Apparently nothing serious, which is nothing short of a miracle itself after this season. MFs arm looked like it wasn't bothering him too much in the "ship" pic. Lotta soaking in the tub next few weeks. :tigereye::tigereye::tigereye::tigereye::tigereye:
I'm pretty sure he was hurt in practice the week of the SC game. At the time, we thought our D was so strong and deep that we'd be fine. That ended up not being the case...but look where we ended up anyway!
That does ring a bell. Seems like most of us on TF thought someone would just step in and we would continue shutting teams down. If Alexander is back next year at 100% this would seem to indicate our D line will be in pretty good shape - even considering Dorsey will be in the NFL. ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule: ldskule:
He'll be back regardless of a medical redshirt, he's only a junior: 91 Charles Alexander DT 6-3 292 Jr. 1L Breaux Bridge, La. (Breaux Bridge HS)
