I don't follow the NFL at all, but I thought the Colts were arguably on the level of the Patriots. If they lose this game, this would be a choke, right?

Also, I found that interesting how the announcers were praising the DB for the Chargers, calling him the best athlete in the NFL, and then right after they said that, he intercepts a pass from Peyton Manning, and takes it like 80 yards back for a TD (called back because of a penalty). Pretty amazing.

I feel as if this happens a lot to the teams I like. Phillip Rivers would wait for this game to become patient and have pinpoint accuracy.

That was a hell of a play by the Chargers -- that backfield pass that went for a 60 yard TD.

And it looks like Rivers is hurting bad. They've got him laying down on the sidelines treating him.

After the Colts defense stopped the Chargers, Peyton Manning comes on the field for one last drive for the Colts. 1:30 left in the game. The Colts only need a TD to win. Can Manning pull it off?

    No, he can't.

Sad day for New Orleans boy, Louisiana boy, SEC boy, and NFL great Peyton Manning.

Phillip Rivers needs to quit that habit of trashtalking with fans that he has. You do not do that as a starting QB in the NFL. Grow up, dude.

He does it with opposing players also.:po:

I hope one of the Pats defenders knocks the ever loving sh*t out of him next week.

I was sad that the colts lost! I really wanted them to win! I think another match up between them and the Pats would be a GREAT game to watch! I believe SD nows gets thier azz handed to them by the pats.

CajunLostinCali, apologies to both your boys and ole Norv. They pulled it off and I surely didn't give them one bit of a chance to do that.

One of the all time great efforts by a "team" in playoff history.

    Viva la Norv!
