I remember watching a game on TV decades ago when one of the announcers made the statement "a team takes on the character of the head coach". It's now become just another sports cliche - but at time it was original. The other talking heads were impressed with the idea. I think that's very true of this team. Les's qualities of being a good guy, team player, loyal, hard nosed, never say die, and sometimes a little crazy - good crazy and bad crazy - discribe this team perfectly. I love em.
