At least the sportscaster didn't sugarcote it. He called the win an embarrassment and said that people need to be held accountable. You could tell he felt just like the rest of us. He is pissed. I was laughing.
They were hammering Crowton on ESPN. I have never seen them point to a coordinator before in college on ESPN. LSU needs to demote Crowton, get a play caller in there, anyone. Then look for a OC that can may be a HC in a few years.
That's what I was thinking watching the game. I'd love to give him the gate TODAY, but that would be a mess at this point in the season with no one to run our offense...Miles sure can't.
When that spitting idiot Granny Holtz calls you out...you know you have a problem. Considering the salary, talent, facilities, competition, etc., I can't believe we can't find a quality OC.
Not to sound ignorant here -- on the substitution call, is that the OC, or perhaps the HC? I recall last year in the Ole Miss debacle, wasn't it that Miles had initially overruled Crowton, but relented and went with Crowton's call leading to the screw up? Maybe I have had too much to drink? :geauxtige
The ESPN guys, on the scoreboard show were BRUTAL -- both LM and GC, especially, OC. Never seen it so personal before. Don't hold back, Mark, tell us how you really feel. Unfortunately, I could only say, F'ng A.
