    He appears ready for launch.

Also signed a 2 year extension with the team.

Chad Jones has signed a 2-year contract extension with the NY Giants, whose team doctors cleared him for full contact, no restrictions.

Fantastic. Good for you Chad Jones.

On a personal note, I hope he gets to destroy Joe Adams again someday.

Absolutely wonderful news for an incredible young man.

The Giants are sort of a meh team with me, but as long as he's on the squad and a G-Men victory doesn't hurt the Saints I'll be pulling for the Dreadlocks of Doom.

You know somebody's got to be eyeing this for a movie down the road.

If he gets on the field for even one play of a regular season game, it will be the feel-good story of the year in the NFL.

incredible. the heart and determination of a true fighter.

i remember the day we got the news of the crash, and wondering if cj was even going to live. then wonder if he would even keep his leg. then wonder if he would ever walk again.

i have much admiration and respect for chad jones. he is a great example of how to fight through the obstacles life hands us.

Chad quickly became one of my favorite Tigers. There is two images I see when I think of him. One is knocking the hell out of the Arkansas receiver in the end zone and the other is him pounding his chest in excitement after striking out his first batter as a Tiger.

I’m glad the he has come this far and hoop all the best for him.

You've said it all, Okie. From not know whether he was going to live the day of the accident to him realizing his dream of the NFL is nothing short of incredible.
