    JPW did far more good than bad to Bama this year. Far more. I can't count how many times he avoided sacks and threw the ball away near miraculously.

    He couldnt go past two reads in his progressions. Kid was terrible, but had experience. Might have overthrown the deep ball 92% of the time -- which is a problem when you reply on PA.

    We would have won 2 or 3 more games with him as our QB. If the gumps had a better QB he would have been playing.

    I thought he threw a very good deep ball too. Not to mention he didn't screw up the easy passes very often.

    Plain and simple he's basically a scapegoat. He's not an NFL caliber QB or anything.. but he was serviceable.

    he does hold most of the alabama school records at quarterback. its pretty funny though i think sam bradford had as many touchdowns this season as JPW had in his career.
