Brewer has commited to Clemson. He ran a 4.87 forty, no big loss IMO.

For a CB? I guess Clemson doesn't buy into the concept that speed kills.

He's been evaluated by Rivals which has given him 3 stars.

Supposedly he got dominated by every good WR he went up against in camp, and he was clocked at a 4.87 forty. I'll take our current commits over him.

where did he run this? Not saying it isn't true, I've just seen film on him and he isn't that slow.

    4.87 is extremely slow.

I've seen reports of 4.4 which looks about right (judging by his film).

TJ Bryant is the best on the boards right now. X. Brewer's stock has been falling for the last 3 months. Not sure why, but he's a Clemson Tiger (for now).

Just a revisit. Johnson is now the #1 prospect on Scout, #2 on Rivals and was a surprise attendee/participant at the RSC this week. According to people I know who actually saw him play, this kid is the real deal. Speed, agility, competitive, true lock down CB. Although he is a Miami commit, he flew out to attend the camp which says something and he claims that he's reconsidered enough to include USC as one of his official visits this fall. It will be an uphill battle to get him out of Florida but not impossible.

Also, I think Joe Adams out of Arkansas is WAY under the radar. He's listed on both services as a WR but he's a CB all the way.
