:geaux: Guess he shoulda went to NW St. then huh!:hihi: Wow, that would be lame if true. I say BS as well. Only way I'd see a connection with Peveto would be if he'd went to Tenn. Who knows. :LSU231:

I admit that this is the thing that concerns me the most in regards to this recruiting season. Used to be it was rare that an in state kid that we target would end up going out of state. There were tons this year.

Well we are gonna have to do something about it, Bama is keeping all of its instate talent instate, and raiding La. Tenn does not have much instate talent they have always raided other states. If we start losing our elite instate talent to Bama and Tenn, we are in major trouble down the road.:geauxtige

Odd? Yes. Coincidence? Hmmm... I doubt it.

It could be that Bell and Jackson didn't want the competition. Could be that they did not like the way it went down with Benton and RR and that soured them on our program. I doubt we will ever know.

Everyone is going to hate Tennessee. Their staff is made up of a dream team of recruiters and they all have connections in the prime SEC recruiting areas. Saban is going to get his **** raided next year in Alabama, definitely going to lose out on some Bama prospects. What is worse is not only do they have all these great recruiters...they got Monte there to make it even more attractive, a DC genius...

Bobby Jindal should direct our state troopers to start pulling over opposing coaches and holding them for a couple of hours, and have our airports not allow their planes or helicopters to land in the state of louisiana.

Bama took one guy from LSU.. Kenny Bell. That's not raiding. I'd argue that us taking Williford from Bama was just as big.

I think the RR fiasco had alot to do with losing Bell and Benton and maybe JJ. When you have a coach that is willing to let 2 recievers go because another prospective recruits dad says so. Who is running the team? The RR fiasco will haunt us for awhile. IMHO CLM should have told RR dad this is who we are recruiting if RR wants to come compete for a spot we would love to have him, if not then you might need to look else where.

Screw these flaky POS's. We ain't got room for 'em, anyhow. And I hope that they live to regret their decisions. Screw wishin' 'em well...they're competition, now. So they can go to hell, as far as I'm concerned.
