He is staying close to his father and I suspect Oh No (as in no friend or fan of Louisiana or LSU) told him how bad things would be at LSU. It is a loss, but it will not kill LSU or this recruiting class. ldskule:
oh well, piss on him, could have battled for an SEC and National Championship year in and year out, now he gets to fight with vandy for the national championship of tennessee. congrats janzen.
Only thing I dislike his what his dad was saying. But it is not his fathers decision.. and hell.. it could be worse. TN and Bama play every year. Let's just hope he can help TN beat Florida and Bama for us -- make our job a bit easier.
Where's all the Coach O lovers who wanted that fing dirtbag at LSU? Believe me when I say he's as dirty as they come.
This kid is going to regret his decision. He got played. He's always been an LSU fan and now he'll always regret what could have been. Has LSU ever gone in at the last minute and snatched a kid from the backyard of an SEC program that grew up a fan of that program?
:geaux: I really don't understand this one.:nope: WTF with the changes at the last minute like Jackson and Bell? Disappointing I guess. Don't see where the advantage in Tenn. over LSU is. He would've seen a lot of PT next season, IMO. Could have been awesome under The Chief and Brooks. Maybe he just wanted to go out of state or something. I'd be interested to see the response of those who were saying his Dad was quaranteeing he was "all LSU" though.:hihi: What happened there? Anyway, we had a great class overall and can look forward to next year and the next, etc. Just frustrating watching us lose Bell, Kelly, Richardson, and now Jackson right at the end. Just wanted us to finish on a strong note. OK I'm done feeling sorry now! Move on. Great class CLM and Jackson is now Tiger Bait!! :thumb: :LSU231:
