The o-line made some holes for our tailbacks, they protected well, Jordan still holds onto the ball way too long, so what's gonna happen when we play a team who plays their starting d-line? Can the decent play by the o-line be attributed to the fact unc was playing with 2nd and 3rd stringers?

I've said it before, but people are still underestimating that DLine that played last night. They are still very talented.

I would say that UNC's starting four last night are better than 7 or more of the SEC's starting DLines.

Their defensive secondary, on the other hand, is a much different situation.

I can tell you one thing. Jerrell Powe will flat out dominate T-Bob if he is still playing RG by then.

With a strong D line you can cover a lot of weaknesses in the secondary.

:geaux: If we're lucky maybe Williford will be playing by then, if not sooner. T-Bob just doesn't have the size to play OG in the SEC. :LSU231:

I agree T Bob has no business at guard. That was insane in my opinion. I think there are alot of things the line can build on, they made some nice holes at times, and they did protect JJ alot better than last season. The intentional grounding and int was all on JJ. I hope it has nothing to do with the fact that UNC was down alot of players, but like a previous poster said they were legit players.
