    Carson is a social idiot. When everyone was saying how smart he was I saw the first debate and felt sorry for him. Smart at his job doesn't apply to common sense.

    It has all to do with the friction between Cruz and Carson. They never resolved it when they met in that broom closet.

    On the surface this may not look like that big of an endorsement, but for a few more evangelicals to vote for Trump over Cruz, that's a big deal.
