Hate that for the program, but you're right. You guys are screwed. Play 'em, and eventually vacate all wins that they play in. Don't play 'em, and your defense goes from a Top 5 D1 defense to something along the lines of McNeese State. This is ugly. - Doesn't do LSU any favors. If we win 100-2 it'll be because of this. If we win ugly, we'll drop out of the top 25. God forbid if we lose!! - Well, who are the backup corners? We pretty much know that both corners are gone.
We have a nice freshman Mywan Jackson. Very good breaker on the ball and very mature for a freshman. He had 2 picks and 4 pass breakups in the spring game. Also Freshman Terry Shankle and possibly junior Brian Gupton could step into the starting roles. Bottom line i gues is if this pans out then Carolina will have 3 freshman and 1 junior in the secondary most likely. We have decent depth at Dline and LB. Not great but decent. Instead of names like, Austin, Quinn, Carter, Sturdivant. You may hear, Nix, Coples, Brown, Reddick, Murlarky, and Guy. Decent front 7 even with the loses but the secondary will suffer the most. We are talking all but 4 defensive starters on this infraction list. A truely sad time for Carolina football. I'll still be there next Saturday though. I hope to meet some cool LSU fans

i seem to be agreeing with you a lot today. if we win, no matter how good we look, the haters will say its only cause of this. takes a lot out of having a bcs ooc opponent for the opening game. definitely sucks for unc.
I guarantee he's taking it better than I would. I am afraid to imagine what I would do! I would probably...go fishing.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I was talking about what I would do on Saturdays in the fall IF that happened to LSU. For now, I'll just have to go Mon-Fri...which are my favorite days to go fishing anyway. You see, I don't really like people...and there aren't as many on the water Mon-Fri. :wave:
Sorry to hear this. I've always sort of pulled for UNC, but maybe that's because I hate Duke. Either way, it sucks that the school and fan base is somewhat blindsided by this (I guess, right?). I was wanting LSU to play UNC with all of their weapons so we could get a real feel for the rest of the season. Looks like we'll have to wait until WVU (or maybe even Miss. State).
