I think after Katrina they shouldn't take any chances. We all want to see LSU play but stuff like this is way bigger than a football game.
Well, unless the govt really jumps the gun ol gustav shouldn't even hit the gulf until sunday so the weather should be ok for football saturday
Thought the same originally. The issue isn't whether or not the storm will interefere with the game, it's whether or not Contraflow would interfere.
Latest I heard here in BR is contra flow has been pushed back to the earliest start of Sunday morning meaning it shouldn't interfere with game day. However if Gustav is indeed still heading this way by Saturday morning anyone along the coast with a brain will be heading out before conrta flow starts so you still might want to head to the game early.
I was thinking the same thing, I had a rather large time that Monday night, and had to work at the day care on Tuesday with on terrific hangover. Thank God I didn't kill no kids that day. It was not a fun day at all. :geaux::geaux::geaux::geaux::geaux:
