Maybe he's a guy that feels like a girl now, isn't that the new norm? How should I know and why should I care this is all cyberspace. Anyone can claim anything. Kinda like Rex claiming he was smarter than most. If I went by your avatar one would think you are sexy girl instead of a hapless duck. I do like your musical taste though.
That bold part say a whole fucking lot. That's also the game O messed with the offense, which he is doing again now, one year into hiring the guy. I'm apprehensive to say the least about how his meddling will play out this time. I'm even more apprehensive about this whole Co-OC BS Mike D thinks is going to happen with whoever new is hired. For as much fire as O has, and as much as he preaches letting his coaches coach - he sure as hell is falling into the same glaring trap Miles did, except Miles waited until after winning it all to start meddling so much.
The loss to Troy sucked, and so did the offense leading up to Troy. We’ve improved since then, which is good. Not crazy about a meddling head coach, and Miles was doing that from day one. I haven’t gotten the impression that Eaux has been overly meddling, and I sure hope we aren’t trying a whole new offense for ND. I agree about CO-OC for the most part; sounds like a bad idea. I’m hoping for the best.
Yeah, but why so negative all of the time now? At least when you criticized Miles in the past, you had balance and would recognize positives, and just overall support your team. Ever since Oeaux was named coach, some of you can’t get off the negative bandwagon and at least offer some positive input.
If it goes south I will bitch. But right now we are still trending up. There will be bad times again ( in life) so enjoy the good ones and try not to bitch when times are good. Remember we are in a New Year’s Day game when people where saying we wouldn’t win a SEC game.
It's a bad move because of the lack of continuity, a bad move because of the timing, a bad move because he's firing the guy HE went out and paid millions for...we have more $$ in coaches who aren't coaching than in coaches who are
continuity? we’ve been ranked in the bottom 3rd of the country every year for damn near a decade now. breaking that continuity might not be a bad thing. timing? after the season is over. would you rather do it mid-season? maybe the hiring of him was the mistake and not the firing. if he replaces him with a homerun hire that makes our offense even remotely intimidating, it will be worth the money. if he he replaces him with equal or worse, then it’s a problem. but we won’t know that until the replacement hire is made.
