I think he just wants someone that sounds like him.

I think he wants someone who will say yes sir all the time.

I have no confidence in Orgeron's ability to formulate an offensive game plan better than the first half of the Troy game.

    He ain't no Sean Payton.

I disagree. I don’t think he wants to micromanage it, I just think he wants a different style.

I’ve read he trusts E to tell him the truth rather than be a yes-man. That wouldn’t be a sexy hire, but if we win the bowl and finish the recruiting class strong, I guess I’d be ok with it. E looked good last year.

Canada never unpacks his suitcase wherever he is it seems. People here are slamming O without cause we dont know the whole story. Canada is a trouble maker and his "this is the best job" BS is just that. Canada wants a HC job anyway so best he leave now so we can move on with a coach that not in a hurry to leave. We are paying big money for our OC we will find an OC worthy of LSU. The 4 teams playing for the NC are not running the Canada dizzing razzle dazzle offense are they.

I trust O things will be fine.

Mike Detillier said he talked to Ensminger and he told him he doesn't want to be the OC. I would like to see him in a QB coaches role though.

What are you basing this on?

The idea that he already has a good OC that I hear isn't a yes man. And the fact that Cameron was unsuccessful because he was loyal to Miles and did what Miles told him to do.

We "been there seen that" already.

    it’s probably deeper than that.

i mean a simple YouTube search would have shown the style Canada runs. if that’s not the style you want, why hire him in first place?

there is probably at least a little rift there. who started it and who is at fault is not relevant. O is the boss, so he wins the argument.

Kiffin may have called the plays but I promise you it was within the framework of what Saban wanted him to do. Saban doesn't completely turn the reigns over to anyone. No head coach does.
