    the block in the back on the return ruined field position for us the rest of the half

    if i had to guess the starting field position was about a 20 yard difference in Bama's favor....not gonna beat them with that stat alone

    pressure does that sometimes. if he had turned into the ball on the early throw interference would have been called and who knows what happens

    Etling is the best we have this season and it's just wrong to call out any amateur player by name that gives his all.

    I would rather just say he is limited. He gives his all. I would certainly like to see him split time with Brennan moving forward though. Now is the time to get the young man up to speed for next year.

    Agreed, except I think he did actually target maybe Chark once in the middle for a good gain.

    I kept thinking Landry or Beckham would have climbed the defender to get that ball but he just isn't on that level.

    I was pissed that we seemed to always run on first down. Run run pass - that was Miles gameplan and we continued it. If we had mixed it up more I would have felt we at least tried to look different, whether it was executed or not. Also, there were no over the middle passes even attempted. But I am still happy with Canada and am happy we didn't come away with a goose egg.
