Seriously, you think LSU can attract a top notch basketball coach?

Horrible comparison. Brady has been here 10 years, Saban had only been here 3 years at that point. We know what Brady is about by now.

You can only blame Brady for so much...

Now I have never been one to drink the Brady kool-aid, but this team has played uninspired basketball. Glenn Davis is a beast, but the rest are either hot and cold or just going through the motions. They don't play with heart or attitude like last years squad.

I think, had DJ Augustine signed with us (blame Katrina), this squad would be better, but with the way these guys perform on the court, it seems to be more mental then anything else. There is no hustle... and thats 50/50 Brady and the Team.

correct on the coaching. has been some of his better looks in my opinion. incorrect on the uninspired. team just isnt very good. quite a few inexperienced, underweight, lost souls out there. nothing gonna fix that in the short-term.

    Not very good?

Terry Martin, when he is on can hit the long jumper and the tre ball.
    Glenn Davis, see Beast.
Tasmin Mitchell, has all the tools but doesn't look to play hard.
Temple, great defense, decent mid range jumper.
    Rest - Small, or mediocre.

Yes we aren't great, but this is hardly a team that should perform as badly as I have seen.

To Brady's credit, he has been trying to mix and match the line up and light a fire under this team... I really don't know how to fix it.

Still think we should have jumped on Mike Anderson (UAB/Mizzou)

That's like paying a dog a biscuit to coach the team and saying he's well payed for what he brings to the table. Totally irrelevant.

Top notch facilities help attract top recruits. Everyone knows that.

BINGO! The women have a good coach.

voogd/rolle/lazare/martin not very good and worse on defense. martin is streaky and terrible on defense. loss of tack/any pg who can dribble sucks.
many AAU teams better all around.

    johnson getting minutes and raw.

take away gd and tm you have a bunch of not much.

team is not very good at all. games arent won on paper.

I don't see the loss of Tack "TO" Minor as a negative. I think Voogd will get comfortable out there eventually. I understand what you are saying, but most of these guys played lights out last year... and now 8 monthes removed look like Josh Maravich out there on the court.

The good news is the rest of the SEC West sucks right now. If their is any year our disappointing Tigers could make a run then it is this year. No promises :)

Where did anyone say they didn't help recruiting? We have quality facilities to attract recruits

And the men don't, that's what I've been saying for years.
