We obviously all wanted that win but we may be looking at a Bama team that could be historically good. With that said, can coach O get the team ready for a difficult road game in Arky next week? Last year the team folded. I don't think this team folds, O might try to eat them!
I'm sure it'll be a bit of both. The remaining schedule is nothing like it was at the beginning of the year, the next few weeks will show us what kind of coach he is or isn't.
All coaches at some point in their career will lose games they shouldn't. It's happened to Miles at LSU, Saban at LSU and Bama, Fisher, Meyer, Herman, the list could go on. I still think Herman would be the right coach to come in and change things for the better at LSU. Look at what he's done with Houston. No where near the talent that LSU has, yet he has a sound defense and offense. Yeh he's dropped a couple games that he shouldn't have, but that's football. With the recruiting LSU pulls in, and with the proper coordinators in place, he could turn LSU back into that dangerous team no one wants to play.
The Tigers cannot allow Bama to "beat them twice". It will be tough to win on the road at Ark. this weekend, but, there is no other option. This program cannot afford to lose to Arky THREE seasons in a row.
I don't get Vegas. It's opened at 7 by the way, you obviously get Vegas. I don't see how LSU could be favored by that much going on the road to a team that's beat them 2 years in a row by shutting the offense down; a week after LSU's offense gets blanked. And keep in mind LSU hasn't played a road game since Auburn where we put up a whopping 13 points with..... You guessed it, no offense.
Not really. The people in Vegas that set the odds are moneymakers. The idiots who ranked us 5th are sports writers.
