    There was clearly a disconnect between Orgeron and Canada to start the season. I'm not saying there was an altercation like has been hinted at but even Orgeron admitted to meddling in the offense. I don't think the Canada offense is what O wants to run. The problem is... I don't think O knows which offense he wants to run either. Otherwise, you wouldn't recruit 1 drop back passer and 1 dual threat QB. You recruit QBs that fit the system you want to run. If not, one or possibly both of those QBs has to adapt which puts us in the same boat we were in with Les... having Qbs that don't fit the offense you want to run.

    I think Canada moves on even if he doesn't land a head coaching job.
