I just got word from my guy that the Cameron hire is a done deal that will be announced next week, he hasn't failed me yet.
The more I read about this, the more I like it. Remember, Miles last hire at OC probably would have been great had he not become ill. Cameron is a guy who probably won't be looking to jump to an HC position. He has failed several times but has a good history of developing QB's. Being fired by Baltimore doesn't bother me. Hell he coached Flacco from mediocre to a pretty damn good quarterback. Plus I now find out Cameron and CLM have a good relationship and like someone said earlier, he won't likely second guess him. There's a trust there. I'm cautiously optimistic about this one. I should say, cautiously very optimistic.
