You must not remember our previous excellent recruiting classes. Or ending last season, with all our talent, at the Texas Bowl. My bucket of enthusiasm is empty; it was taking on water with aranda and historic recruiting class and new OC, but it sprung a leak earlier today and is bone dry again.

 

Yep, just more of the same. A ton of talent that will from history prove to most likely not be heard from again. When you add the omission or miss or whatever you want to call it for the 2 most important pieces (QB and LB) for those not following along then yes; great class let's see what happens. I'm going with not much changes.

 

All I have is curse words. Probably time for a night cap and sweet repose.

 

Oh, I remember and I made my displeasure known, but I'm upset about the Keystone Kop offense Miles puts on the field, not about a Top 3-5 recruiting class. I can't find the doom and gloom in that.

 

Geez Kyle really? You can't get mad because the chickens have come home to roost homie. Les has made his bed and it is high time he sleeps in it. I guess it would be fun if watching top tier talent perform at a mediocre level was acceptable. To anyone with a competitive bone in their body it seems it is not.

But since you want to play that game lets play. How many top 1,2,3 5 whatever classes has Miles had? A bunch right? Tell me what he has done with them? The NFL is littered, with kids that came from this program, many of which played on the same teams at one time or another and what does he have to show for it? Tell me what he has done besides squander opportunity? Furthermore, tell me WHY we should expect anything different now?

 

You know what I'm tired of? People bitching because a few of us can actually see the god damned light. It is no secret that we needed two things. LB and QB and what did we do? We load up on WR and DB. I'm not saying that is a bad thing but what the actual fuck? We had a 5* LB committed for a year and lose him at the last minute, okay kids are kids and you can't trust them, I get it. But WHY was this an issue? Because Les didn't recruit any other LB's. We should have them beating down the damn door because we are so thin at a place we so desperately need. QB, yeah right, I'd say it is hard to knock him here because what QB would want to play here but that is by his own doing. He created that problem so yes, I and every other fan SHOULD hold him responsible for it and it is up to HIM to fix it. This isn't to take anything away from the kid we did sign, I hope he his the answer and it appears he is a great kid and a gamer. We will see.

It's time the Ray Charles brigade understands that there is a difference between being negative and seeing things for what they are. You all sound like a bunch of pussies.
