Cam Cameron allegedly Out as OC (We may have been Hanagriffed)

Me too, I'm just tired of being disappointed. I haven't been posting much but yesterday was a big day for the program. My grievances have been stated and I agree with what @shane911 posted. Where we are isn't unprecedented, and the history of what we've done from this point through the end of next season is underwhelming. I was ready to suspend disbelief, but then we lost some important recruits and the Cameron thing happened - too reminiscent of the recent disappointments around the program for me.

 

I think that's mostly true, except at some key locations.

 

TJ Brunson was a guy that supposedly wanted an LSU offer, signed with South Carolina. De'Jon Harris was there for the taking, signed with Arkansas. As thin as we are at LB, I don't understand why some of these guys didn't a closer look. They may not be instant stars, but they may develop into solid players. It's not like they are total scrubs that signed with USL or La Tech, they signed with SEC schools and LSU is having trouble finding warm bodies to play LB.

 

So, lets all take a trip to Area 51 in Nevada and use one of the top secret Government "Time Machines" there to go back to the 1970's and bring back a young, energetic Les Miles from Michigan, because that's who the OC is.

The only way I think that the Offense will be any different is if the LSU "Powers that Be" have already told LM, (Back in November during the "Fiasco") as a condition of his return in 2016, to either "Modernize" the Offense or else................................

1 freaking LB'er. (Unless Devin White plays there) What's that now, 1 LB'er in he last two years?

Once again, no SEC Championship caliber QB that can throw the football in this class. How the frick is a 5'11" QB going to throw the football in the SEC when he'll have trouble seeing the field over his OL's.

Mediocre at best OL class yet once again. 2 of the 4 are scraping the bottom of the barrel that no Top 25 teams even offered.

BTW, how the frick can Alabama recruit and sign Offensive Linemen from Minnesota and California, and we have to scrape the bottom of the barrel with a plastic spoon from Wal-Mart?

SWAC level QB's and OL's don't produce SEC Championships, so pardon me if I'm not so thrilled over this class as so many of the "Program Worshippers" are.................

 

Are we really scraping from the bottom of the barrel? Is that really what's going on with our recruiting? If so, I wonder what every other team in the nation is doing considering the absolute worst I've seen our recruiting class rated is 6th in the country.
