Funny how people turn on a guy after his perceived hero status last year.

hero? he made a big catch in the auburn game and was a big moment. so what. colt david wins it either way.

still doesnt give him a free pass to go ocho cinco on his team. no one turned on him; he earned it. nice try though.

his bad attitude is transparent and frankly, it needs to go.

Nice try on what? maybe you didnt read what I said, "Perceived hero status". Also, alot of people here were equally as excited about him coming into this season. I guess you want to refute that as well.
Id chop this up to frustration, like you say, nothing to see here.

BTW, Colt David didnt win it, he did. What about the touchdown at Bama as well, just another isolated incident, I guess he sucks now?

It's easy to be a hero when you are winning. Much harder when you hit a rough patch. See C Scott, K Williams, B Lafell. You need to have gone to a few more games and watched him in person, because the camera rarely follows the receiver not getting the ball.

His attitude radiates on the field, and he has tanked more routes as the year has gone on. The other receivers are not doing this. They are working their butts off. And Lee clearly could use all the help he can get.

Didn't realize D-Byrd was behaving like that. Sad to see, the bench can be a good rehabilitator.

Which is right, I havent seen him, he could be stinking it up. Miles will deal with it either way.

Yeah, I loved him turning and trying to get the crowd to cheer when JJ went in last weekend. Had to be quite a shot in the arm for Lee.

I am sure it's just a coincidence that he only caught one pass in the explosion of passing during the last 20 minutes of the game.

Honestly that has puzzled me. I am surprised he has not benched him. I know he has been pulled a few times, and last game showed that, but Byrd has been doing it for awhile. Even saw it as early as Auburn.

of course people were excited. his talent isnt the question even though his route-running is and thats more attributed to poor attitude. Im sure coming into the season there were not many people thinking he'd take half the games off.

not sure how making plays gives you free reign to tank games either.

obviously not. at least not effectively. this is nothing new with byrd.
