not true. he would never be arrested, and if anyone tried, his secret service agents would be happy to shoot them.

do you think at all? or do you just believe anything? cant you see what a MASSIVE problem it would be for switzerland, a country that values its relationship with the US, to arrest a former president? it would never happen in a billion years.

bush can go wherever he wants, any time he wants.

do you ****ing read? or are you so hell bent on trying to be right about everything in your little mind that it blinds you. I said he cancelled his trip overseas because he is afraid of possibility of being arrested for torture. Which 50 other articles confirm.

are you aware that being a lefty lawyer in an anti-torture club doesnt allow you to go around arresting the most protected people on earth?

not that evern the people who actually do the arresting, the swiss government would ever actually do it anyway even if they wanted to, which they do not and have never indicated they would.

"A Swiss Foreign Ministry spokesman told the Associated Press that the country's Justice Ministry had concluded that Bush would have immunity from prosecution"

Bush trip to Switzerland called off amid threats of protests, legal action

the trip was canceled because of the hassle of protests and the effort and costs it takes to deal with security hassles caused by protests. again, it is absurd to entertain the idea that bush would or could be arrested. if he was, it would involve a gun battle, and if bush were detained, the US would go after him and kill anyone trying to hold him. but none of this would ever happen.

ignore the swiss justice ministry, some lefty lawyers are sending their own cops they hired from behind a local ikea.
