These people hate eveything about us. When I read the thread I wanted to puke when I read what some of them had to say about us. Yeah,I just went to that link,will not go back..a bunch of smug people.They think tOSU is the better team and deserved to be in the big game..Do they realize they did not beat anybody worth anything this year??Can't wait till there #1 defense see's LSU's speed on offense,and I hope ther BIG OFFENSIVE LINE..gets fast real quick to play with our guys on defense that will be rested up.:crystal: :geauxtige :helmet: LSU! I am a member of BuckeyePlanet.com -- same user name that I have here. It is a very good board with a lot of knowledge about all things college football, not just Ohio State.
Im sorry but most of those not in the SEC think the SEC is overrated. I am one of those. Most arguments will come back and say LSU beat so and so and they were ranked at such a spot when you played them. I personally dont care where anyone is ranked when you play them, its where they are at the end of the year. I think the SEC was overrated all year long and that is why LSU and the likes were playing such highly ranked teams. Please do not take this as "smug" or me thinking I am better than you. It is just my opinion of the SEC being an overrated conference.
It's not what everyone thinks...it's what everyone knows, buddy. The Big Ten is the most overrated conference...just about as much as Notre Dame being the most overrated team, and until the Big Ten gets a championship game and OSU actually beats an SEC team then it will stay in my mind as truth.
Except almost every single sports journalist saying the SEC is bar none the best conference in the land
I'll own up to one of those BuckeyePlanet posts that you don't like, and I'll apologize for it. I'm sorry. ...But it's easy to get carried away when you get an entire year of stuff like this every time somebody talks about your team and school. I could easily come away from a place like this feeling the same way westrockytiger feels about BP. BTW, how on Earth can anything be overrated when everybody says it sucks. The two seem to me to be mutually exclusive. At this point, it doesn't matter anyway. The Big Ten Conference is not coming to play you in New Orleans, Ohio State is. Anyway, we're glad to have anybody who wants to come over to BuckeyePlanet, and I'm looking forward to the game on Jan. 7.
